WELCOME TO THE 14TH INTERNATIONAL HARBOUR MASTERS CONGRESS

Dear Esteemed Harbour Masters, Maritime Professionals, Speakers, Delegates and our colleagues from Tanger Med Port.
It is with great pleasure and anticipation that we gather for this 14th International Harbour Masters Congress at Tanger Med Port in the beautiful Kingdom of Morrocco. I would like to thank Tanger Med Port Authority, Commandant du Port Kamal Lakhmas and his predecessor Captain Khalid Samir for graciously hosting this congress.
I wish to extend a warm and cordial welcome to each of you for the upcoming congress! Set against the backdrop of our vibrant maritime community, this gathering promises to be an enriching experience filled with insightful discussions, collaborative networking, and the exchange of best practices.
